Anne Hathaway comments on sequel to ‘The Devil Wears Prada’

Actress Anne Hathaway, star of The Devil Wears Prada, has revealed that she doesn’t believe a sequel to the film will be made. Speculated a few years ago, the possible sequel to the big screen classic is not even expected to arrive on paper.

Anne reunited with Emily Blunt and Maryl Streep on stage at the SAG Awards recently, and brought nostalgia to audiences who would like to see them on stage together again. The author of the book that inspired the film, Lauren Weisberger, published a sequel. However, Anne stated that a film adaptation is unlikely. She made the statement to E! News.

Anne joked that she will continue to hand out awards to others, along with her two friends and co-stars in the 2006 film. According to her, she would love to be reunited on stage with Emily and Meryl. Anne explained that the film was very special because of the unity of the team.
