Singer Beyoncé and her husband Jay Z have acquired the most expensive mansion in California. The home, valued at $200 million, is in the Malibu area and was considered the most expensive property ever sold in the state.

According to TMZ, this was the second-largest real estate deal in the U.S., trailing only a $238 million NYC apartment.

The house of the largest couple in current music has 3,700 square meters, is on the seafront, and was designed by Tadao Ando, a renowned architect. The region is divided between luxury real estate, and the Cartes will have great neighbors. The area is known as Billionaires Row.
