Netflix released this Tuesday (24) the first teaser of the new super production movie on the platform: “The Gray Man”. With a strong cast, the feature features Ana de Armas, Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Billy Bob Thornton, Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura, Alfre Woodard and Regé-Jean Page. The production will initially premiere in theaters, with a streaming debut on July 22.

The film tells the story of a network of spies, inspired by the work of Mark Greaney. The plot has Court Gentry as its main character, played by Ryan Gosling. The skilled freelance assassin is a former CIA agent. He discovers secrets about the corporation, and finds himself in the middle of a web of conspiracy, and becomes a global target. In the midst of it all, a former co-worker puts a price on his head, and that’s where Chris Evans as Lloyd Hansen comes in.

So far, this is the platform’s biggest investment, with a budget of 200 million dollars. The film is directed by the Russo brothers (Anthony and Joseph Russo), who are responsible for Avengers: Civil War, Endgame, and two more Captain America features.
