Actress Amber Heard posted on her Instagram profile in order to stay on the end of the lawsuit against ex-husband Johnny Depp. According to her, her pronunciation comes after she lost faith in the justice system. Amber stated that her suffering served as entertainment during the trial, and that she was unprotected during that time.

The actress claimed she reached an agreement with Johnny after losing the defamation suit in late June. Throughout a large text, Amber said this was a very difficult decision, and reiterated that she did not choose how things went. She claimed that her life as she knew it was destroyed, and criticized the court’s decision.

In the letter, Amber stated that her decision is not an act of concession, nor admission of guilt. For her, deciding on the deal is the only way out. Amber criticized the United States justice system, and stated that she can’t get through everything for a third time. She said choosing the agreement is choosing for your freedom and time to get back on your feet, and healing from the troubled divorce process, and the process you’ve lived through. She concluded by thanking her audience and supporters, and her legal team.
