The official name of the luxury mansion is The Mansion Yatch and is prepared to float. It was presented to the public at the International Boat Show in Fort Lauderdale (Florida), and is made entirely of stainless steel, compared to the fiber with which yachts are usually made, something that attracted the interest of the participants.
It remains afloat thanks to the 5.5 meter hydraulic feet, and looks like a floating boat. The mansion is 836 square meters (m2) and can accommodate up to 150 people, with two terraces of different heights, with 300 m2 and 150 m2, respectively, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The property costs 11 million euros, about 68 million reais. It is self-sufficient thanks to the 72 solar panels it has, capable of producing 15 kilowatts of electricity.
